Al Nassr have prevailed Al Riyadh clash against Al Shabab by winning 3-2 over the guests at Prince Faisal bin Fahad stadium in the 12th round of SPL.
Before the match witnesses any goals, a red card was shown in the 34th minute to send Al Shabab Korean defender Tae Hwi Kwak off the field after colliding with Hasan Al Raheb.
The first half of the match ended with a goalless draw, but the 10-man squad revived in the second half and scored the first goal in the 47th minute through Muhannad Asiri.
Six minute later, Rafinha doubled his side lead by scoring the second goal for Al Shabab, thanks to Asiri’s assistance.
In the 61st minute, Ahmad Otaif conceded a penalty kick for Al Nassr and the team’s top scorer Mohammad Al Sahlawi performed it and could take advantage from the kick that turned into the first goal.
Elton Rodriguez managed to score the equalizer in the 77th minute.
The result became 2-2, but not for long, as Jamaan Al Dossari overturned the match and gave the lead for Al Nassr when he scored from out of the penalty box in the 85th minute.
